Hello beloved, welcome to our new home!
I am so excited to finally reveal what I’ve been working on…
For the last 8 weeks, I’ve been in an incredible (and often intense) process of clarification. November marked the 4 year anniversary of doing this work with Human Design and Liberation full time, and last summer marked 7 years on my personal Human Design experiment.
For those of you who have known me that long, you have had a front row seat to how wild the ride has been. One thing I have learned through this process is I’m not meant to teach from a theoretical place. I’m not meant to live from that place either 😂
I’m meant to share from a lived place. What that means in this case is moving to a technology that helps me invest in you and our community in a way that sparks connection, healing, and conversation. I’ve tried probably 8 platforms through the years, so my bar is high!
With that in mind, I want to share a few of the things I’m thinking about as I make this change:
- This platform is real time and responsive. Rather than me just dumping my teaching into your inbox, there are ways for you to respond and interact. You can share what resonates for you, ask questions, and see what other members of the community are experiencing.
- A way to be in community. This platform has other ways for me to share: notes, video, and messages within our community. It feels like it has more connective tissue for us.
- A way for you to support me, even if all you do is read my notes ♥️. I’ve been writing for over 10 years. With a subscription, you can reciprocate some of the impact my teaching may have had at a much more accessible rate than a program or session. I’m grateful for your support and for making this platform possible!
- Reciprocity kicks off a generative cycle where I get to create other ways to share with those who are getting the most from these teachings. Don’t worry. Many and most of my writing will continue to be free.
- An easier way for you to share with your friends and family. Substack is finding ways to make long form content accessible and sustainable.
For those of you that this might feel uncomfortable, I got you!
- If you don’t want to be on the Substack app, no worries. You can continue to get my emails in your email with no other engagement required!
- Substack is not perfect. I’ve gone down the rabbit hole! After carefully considering this option and taking my time with all of the factors at place, it is still a great spot for us right now. I’m leaning into my splenic authority.
New home, new name
No matter the name, I still consider my writings to be love notes. However, with the clarification I’ve received over the last 8 weeks (thank you Saturn in my 10th house 😅), I needed a name that reflects this work more clearly.
Raising Conscious Humans encompasses everything it took (and is taking) to raise ourselves, first and foremost. One thing we learn in working with the Inner Child is that she gets stuck. There are so many valid reasons that it happens: childhood experiences, lack of skills, conditioning, epigenetics. We are more complex than we’ve been led to believe.
Not surprising, these tools are also incredibly powerful for parenting and caretaking as well. This application has been strictly in my private practice for the last 4 years, and now I’m bringing it to the front. I love helping you solve complex challenges with your kids with learning about their human design and inner child.
I’m excited to deepen the relationship we’ve already been building with the connectivity this platform offers. If you have specific things you’d like to see, I’d love to hear it! Stay tuned for a post more like my usual ones with the themes we’re seeing right now astrologically. It’s been such an intense start to the year!
There’s so much going on in the cosmos this year. The lessons are big, but they offer massive transformation if we can show up for them! (Courtney and I cover this in Episode 3 of the podcast, if you haven’t listened yet.)
Over to You!
I’d love to hear from you. How did you come to find me and this work? What’s most pressing for you these days? I can’t wait to chat in the comments and start to make this space feel more warm and inviting!
xoxo, Andrea
This is wonderful. I am Raine and I met you through Michelle Jones. I love human design and have not explored it in anywhere near as much as I’d like to. Great job putting all of this together and making a space where there can be more community I’ve been craving that I’m glad I saw the comment button below because at first I thought how am I supposed to comment? This is an email. I also already have Substack so that’s a bonus. I look forward to more of your content. Thank you, Andrea.
